Transparent payment, rescheduling, and cancellation terms. Please review before booking.
50% Deposit
A 50% deposit of the selected package price is required to confirm your booking. The deposit secures your time slot and allows me to prepare custom materials. The remaining 50% is due on the day of the session.

Installment payments available via Shop Pay (Shopify) — split the cost into 4 interest-free payments. Monthly financing is also available for packages over $500. Set up at checkout through my shop.

Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling
Free rescheduling with 48+ hours notice (up to 2 times). Rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice incurs a $50 fee. Third and subsequent reschedules — $50 each.

This policy complies with California state law regarding non-refundable deposits for personal services (California Civil Code, liquidated damages). The deposit covers actual costs of preparing custom materials and reserving the artist's time.

Studio Rules
Phone & Recording
- Phone use during makeup is not allowed — movements interfere with the artist's work
- Personal phone photos and videos are not allowed in the studio
- All content is created professionally and included in the package price
- Unfinished makeup does not reflect the final result
Timing
- Session time is strictly limited to the selected package
- Arriving 15+ minutes late — session may be shortened or rescheduled
- Extra time available by prior arrangement

- Please read all consent items carefully before the session
About Contact Lenses
Colored contact lenses are not included in the packages due to individual medical fitting requirements. You have two options:
Buy Yourself
Certified theatrical lenses. I'll recommend trusted brands.
AI Eye Color Change
I'll change eye color to canonical yellow in final photos. Safe and realistic.
